TROY T7 Sealant Marking

Troy installed T7 successfully in sealant producing factory.

They have been using Hitachi CIJ marking system from Japan and Citronix CIJ marking system from America so far. When he tested and gave a trial Troy system in their factory, he was really satisfied with our outstanding User Interface (UI) environment, and easy maintenance, so he finally decided to replace it.

Sealant factory is not good environment for CIJ marking system because of lots of dust, but it does not matter for Troy system with IP65. Troy has SUS304 cover to apply any kind of environment, it is not only robust but also give best performance.

Troy T7 marking on cell phone back-light connected auto-inspection device

Troy is introducing new installation case (74 systems) in production line of cell phone back-light with connected auto-inspection device.

2 of CIJ marking system were installed in one auto-inspection device. One is sorting fair or fail for back-light after it passes auto-inspection device, the other one is marking serial number for fair quality product.

Troy system is designated to be connected all kinds of auto device and system, easy to communicate each other. Robust design and flexible print head cable is also suitable to work with robot system.
