Troy attended Propak China 2015 in Shanghai during 3days from July 15^th to July 17^th.

T7 marking with changing result automatically on electronic component

Troy applied T7 in automatic marking field for ohm value after connected measuring equipment.

It is installed in testing line of electronic component production successfully, and it is automatically prints the result of ohm value which is transferred after test result from measuring equipment.

T7 is able to print each different ohm value on each component, and marking result is still clear enough regardless of speed of movement even distance of product and print head is more than 1”.

Today from Korea JoongAng Daily, Troy, a manufacturer of small character marking printer has announced two products T7 and T8 after 5 years of product development.

 

The small character marking printer is also called continuous inkjet marking printer because of its continual flow of ink even the system temporary stops or pauses.  The system is used to mark expiration or production date, lot numbers, serial numbers and bar code which are very important for quality control in pharmaceutical, food, steel or cosmetic industries.  German and Japanese companies dominate almost 80 percent of the marking printer market and the market.  “Troy is the first Korean company that launches the small character printer for fonts smaller than 11 mm,” said Curt Choi, CEO and founder of Troy.  “Unlike large character printer that is used for lumber and steel industry, small character printing system can’t afford any error or mistakes in numbers.”

Troy also announced its plan to present its flagship products T7 and T8 in upcoming China Propak Exhibition in June.

Troy, which makes small character industrial printers (so-called continuous inkjet or CIJ printer), has released the news that newly developed T7 and T8 are launched into the market, reported by the Dong-A Newspaper Monday, March 10. “The industrial printers like CIJ are must-to-have mac...hines for manufacturing business from food-processing to automobile industry. We are expecting that there will be huge demands for T7 and T8 for their reliability and quality,” said Curt Choi, CEO of Troy.

Small character printers, sometimes called CIJ printers, are very critical for food-processing, automobile, or pharmaceutical companies to mark expiration date, lot numbers, and code for safety and quality reasons. Its precision and character clearness are important to pass most government regulations and safety standard. Troy is expected to release the product into the market in May.

Troy T7 micro marking on tiny of electronic component

Troy installed T7 micro (40 nozzles, minimum size of character) in recent.
We develop Micro system to give clear marking result on tiny little product.
It prints minimum size as 0.8mm, 0.031(H), and has intuitive operating soft ward and system hard ware.
As you can see from the video clip, Troy successfully set up T7 micro system in semiconductor manufactured company.
This company was a user of Domino, but they decide to replace it with Troy.
Product size is only around 1mm (H), and it needs to be connected with automatic system which is very sophisticated and sensitive, so they satisfied with this marking result.

Troy T7 marking on hair cosmetic bottle

We recently installed T7 in hair cosmetic production line for printing 2 lines of expired date and lot number. They are using 2 of IMAJE (9020) as CIJ marking system, but one of its pumps is broken, so they intend to replace one to Troy product. They will consider later for replacing the other as well.
