Today, I will introduce the video which is installed in cosmetics company recently. Although there are many types of marking printers, small letter inkjet printers (CIJ / Continuously Inkjet) are most often used by cosmetics manufacturers to record essential date-of-manufacture, and expiration dates in a variety of containers.

Printing with a TROY CIJ system

Inkjet printers for industrial use are suitable not only for cosmetic containers but also for small carton boxes for manufacturing date and expiry date.
If there is a system like a conveyor belt where the product moves continuously as seen in the video, it is possible to install simply by mounting the print head at the desired position.

It is the result of 2 lines printing that is neatly printed manufactured date and expiration date.
The small letter inkjet marking printers (CIJ) can be printed even if the distance from the product is more than 20mm. Eventhough product surface is not flat, it can print neatly and clearly.
