TROY that develops the only small letter type inkjet marking machine in KOREA and exports it to the world.
Today, we will introduce a video that uses a TROY small letter inkjet marking machine and print on a metal material. Continuous Ink Jet (CIJ) marking machines can be marked in various ways according to the manufacturing environment such as expiration date, manufacturing date, lot number, bar code, logo, product history and so on.
It uses marking method that ink is sprayed with non-contact to the material, and marking is possible without any damage to the surface of the product. Which allows marking on metal material products.
The TROY inks are not erased with fast drying time and excellent adhesion.
The biggest advantage of CIJ marking machines is that they can be applied to various shapes and can be marked regardless of material. You can check the print quality even if there is some distance between the product and the printhead.
Here are examples of metal marking applied with a TROY CIJ.
The CIJ marking machine is a machine that needs continuous maintenance after purchase.
